• Work closely with business analysts and end-users to gather and understand requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of ServiceNow solutions with other systems
  and processes.
• Configure and customize ServiceNow modules using scripting languages such as JavaScript.
• Develop business rules, workflows, and UI policies to automate and streamline processes
• Design and develop moderately complex scripts, workflows and integrations to create custom applications in
  ServiceNow.
• Design and implement integrations between ServiceNow and other third-party systems.
• Work on REST and SOAP web service integrations to connect ServiceNow with external applications.
• Troubleshoot and resolve platform issues, working with technical support when necessary.
