SAP HCM Functional Consultant

• Providing support on ESS/MSS Portal, FIORI, PA, Payroll, Time, Travel & Organizational Management
• Monitoring of Tickets using Service Now
• Handling Change Requests and New Projects Implementation
• Checking scope of Improvement in existing Business Solution
• Checking scope, implementation of Change Request
• Enterprise Portal Enhancements with new HR FIORI applications implementation
• Preparation of Functional Specification as per Requirement
• Assist clients and support analysts on incident tickets for SAP
• Inter module Integration like FICO
• External Integration with IDM
• Roles creation, maintenance as and when required
• Training to Users
• Working as Business Analyst and Coordinator between SAP SuccessFactors Implementation Team and KAPSARC
  Business Users.
• Monitoring of SuccessFactors Modules Implementation i.e. Foundations, Recruiting, Onboarding, PMGM and LMS
  modules
• Work and deliver results under defined SLA’s and deadlines.
• Contribute to documentation, known-error databases, creation as required.
• Problem Identification , Root Cause Analysis , Recommend Changes
• Proactive recommendations based on best practices and policy
• Bring in Best Practices from the Industry and technology to CUSTOMER.
• Standardization of support processes following to fullfillfulfill customer requirements.
  Job Requirements:
• Has strong process orientation for all Human Resource processes
• Must have sound knowledge of SAP’s Personnel Management, Travel Management, Employee Portal and Payroll
  processes.
• Must have understaningunderstanding on SuccessFactors Foundations, Recruiting, Onboarding, PMGM and LMS
  modules
• Excellent communication skills and experience working with diverse cultures
• Ability to work flexible and stretch hours
• Strong and timely decision-making skills
