As an SAP SuccessFactors Specialist, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing SAP
SuccessFactors solutions to meet the human capital management (HCM) needs of KAPSARC. Your role involves
collaborating with HR department to understand the HR processes, configuring SAP SuccessFactors modules, and
providing expert guidance on best practices. The SAP SuccessFactors Consultant plays a pivotal role in ensuring the
successful deployment and ongoing support of HR technology solutions.
- Collaborate with HR department to understand the HR business processes, goals, and challenges.
- Conduct needs assessments to determine the most suitable SAP SuccessFactors modules for their requirements.
- Configure and customize SAP SuccessFactors modules based on business requirements.
- Lead end-to-end implementation projects, ensuring the successful deployment of HCM solutions.
- Provide expert advice on best practices for SAP SuccessFactors configuration and utilization.
- Stay informed about the latest updates and enhancements in SAP SuccessFactors to recommend continuous
improvements. - Oversee the migration of HR data from legacy systems to SAP SuccessFactors.
- Collaborate with technical teams to integrate SAP SuccessFactors with other HR and business systems.
- Develop and deliver training programs for end-users and HR teams on SAP SuccessFactors functionality.
- Provide ongoing support to resolve system issues, answer queries, and address user concerns.
- Configure and optimize performance management processes within SAP SuccessFactors.
- Advise business on effective performance management strategies and tools.
- Design and implement custom reports and dashboards within SAP SuccessFactors.
- Utilize analytics to provide insights and recommendations for HR decision-making.
- Ensure SAP SuccessFactors configurations comply with relevant data protection and security regulations.
- Collaborate with business to implement and maintain compliance measures.
- Proven experience in SAP SuccessFactors implementation and consulting.
- In-depth knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors modules, including Employee Central, Recruiting, Onboarding,
Performance & Goals Management, Compensation, and LMS, Succession Planning and Carrier Development. - Strong understanding of HR processes and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Problem-solving mindset and ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
- SAP SuccessFactors certifications will be highly desirable
